1PT and their team completed a full renovation of my house in May 2018 to a really high standard. This included a side return and loft extension and full refurbishment of the entire house and garden, including electrics, underfloor heating, etc. They did an amazing job in a super quick time delivering great quality with the best budget, so I thoroughly recommend them.

Our family used 1PTservices Ltd for two different projects with full renovations in Kensington and Chelsea (Greater London). 1PT and the team worked well on 2 complete back to brick refurbishments and 1 new build (demolishing of existing and building of 4 new dwellings) of our properties in Greenwich. The team were excellent and worked to an extremely high standard of workmanship We are property developers and would have no hesitation in recommending them. My only regret is not finding them sooner. They have since worked for a number of colleagues who have also been very impressed Hope to work with them again soon on future projects

We had a difficult job for them as we had a really bad experience with previous building firm. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were able to fix all the shoddy work and complete things started quickly and to a really high standard. They were always on, Time, respectful, good communicators, and a pleasure to work with. They have restored our faith in building firms!
